November 30,2017 at Okochi Hall
Welcome to the joint workshop on Neurobiology and Neuroinformatics.
This series of workshops started seventeen years ago (2000) with the aim of advancing brain science and related fields through collaboration among China, Japan, and Korea. Participants from other countries in the Asia Pacific region are also welcome. The joint workshop is hosted by a member country each year, where invited speakers from each country present their state-of-the-art research results in the field of Neuroinformatics and Neurobiology. Active young scholars also have chances to report their latest research findings. Every participant is encouraged to participate in frank and stimulating discussions and social activities.
The workshop in 2017 will focus on frontier researches in brain computation and AI. We bring together computational and experimental neuroscientists and researchers studying artificial intelligence to exchange academic ideas and foster the development of both fields.
