Report on Neural Gene Ontology (NGO) Woking Group

The first meeting of J-Node Neural Gene Ontology (NGO) working group was held at the Tokyo liaison office at RIKEN on July 9, 2015. The goal is to integrate data and knowledge in multiple fields of neuroscience. By using the gene ontology as a central body,  a correlated framework will be constructed to connect the different levels of neuroscience; from molecule, cell, circuit, action, and finally to disorder.
