Call for Papers & Participation Registration

We call for papers and participants of the joint workshop, AINI 2016 and INCF Node WS. Participation is for free.
Abstract Submission and Participation Registration are open above from individual entry forms. Every paper presenter must submit the participation registration form.
 

Participation Registration

Participation fee is free. On-site registration is welcome, while your on-line registration is helpful for the workshop office.

Options of Social Programs:

  • Participants in the social gathering (including food and drinks) held in the evening of May 28 are required to register on-line, and pay on-site. [Regular 4,000 JPY, Students 2,000 JPY].
  • RIKEN campus tour is planned on May 28. The tour includes RIKEN Gallery, Cyclopedia at Nishina Center and Brain Box at BSI. On-line registration for the tour is required.

 


Call for Papers

Public contributions of papers are invited for poster presentations and demonstrations. Each demonstration can use a desk and an outlet at the venue.  Abstract submission is needed for paper registration. English is used either in abstract or in presentations.  Details of the presentations shall be announced after the acceptance notice. Abstracts of the presentations are to be open in-public at INCF Japan Node Portal with assignment of DOI. Abstracts with no presentation on the day shall be excluded from the abstract book. Online abstract submission deadline is April 4. Extended abstract submission deadline is April 18.【Closed】

  • Special topic   Integration of Multidimensional Neuroscience 

  • General topic   Neuroinformatics in general. Theoretical Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, others

 

Abstract Submission Format

The length of abstract is no more than 2,000 characters in English, including title, author(s), affiliation(s) and the text. In addition you may attach one figure (format: PNG or JPG, 500KB at most). The figure legend around 200 characters should be added.

Participation registration is required at the same time as the abstract submission.

Notes on the abstract submission

 

  • This abstract submission form is for invited papers, posters and demonstrations of the joint workshop of AINI 2016 and Nodes Workshop.
  • Each abstract should be submitted by the corresponding author or the presenting author.
  • The total characters of 'Title', 'Authors', 'Affiliations', and 'Abstract' is 2,000 at most. Therefore, we recommend to use abbreviation form of the 'Affiliations'.
  • In addition, each abstract may include one figure (format: PNG or JPG, 500KB at most) as an attached file in the abstract submission form.
  • After your submission, you will receive an e-mail from 'AINI 2016 Office'.
  • When you need to revise your information after the registration, please enter to the same registration form and submit the revised information with your former registration ID.
