Platforms
Each platform has been developed to organize neuroinformatics databases, by which research results can be shared with the public.
Visiome Platform
http://visiome.neuroinf.jp/
Visiome Platform (VP) integrates research papers, experimental data, mathematical models and tools, and other information associated with research on vision (i.e. the retina, psychophysics, and higher-level visual functions) and makes this data publicly available. |
Brain Machine Interface Platform
http://bmi.neuroinf.jp/
Brain Machine Interface Platform (BMI PF) accumulates BMI (Brain Machine Interfaces)-related experimental data, mathematical models, and tools generated in neuroscience, computational theory, and robotics. |
Invertebrate Brain Platform
http://invbrain.neuroinf.jp/
Invertebrate Brain Platform (IVB PF) integrates experimental data, mathematical models, and research tools relevant to the study of invertebrate brains, neurons, and behavior. |
Cerebellar Development Transcriptome Database
http://www.cdtdb.neuroinf.jp/
The Cerebellar Development Transcriptome Database (CDT-DB) provides spatio-temporal gene expression profile information on the postnatal development of mouse cerebellum. It seeks to reproduce the genetic blueprint of cerebellar development. |
Cerebellar Platform
http://cerebellum.neuroinf.jp/
Cerebellar Platform is a digital research archives for the cerebellar research. Available resources include mini-reviews of contemporary cerebellar research, list of papers and mathematical models for cerebellar operation. |
Neuro-Imaging Platform
http://nimg.neuroinf.jp/
This platform collects information about neuroimaging research and provides them to researchers all over the world. You can access bibliographic information of text book and peer reviewed journal papers. For practical purposes, programs to present the stimuli, analysis software, and raw data in neuroimaging experiments with various methods such as functional MRI (fMRI), MEG, and NIRS are also included. |
Dynamic Brain Platform
http://dynamicbrain.neuroinf.jp/
This site promotes studies on the dynamic principles of brain functions through unifying experimental and computational approaches in cellular, local circuit, global network and behavioral levels. Our goal is to capture the autonomy and the creativity in living organisms which enlightens the complexity of nature and society. |

Comprehensive Brain Science Network
https://www.hokatsu-nou.nips.ac.jp/
The Comprehensive Brain Network (CBN) platform comprises 3 databases. 1) The CBN database primarily contains information on researchers who provide support to other researchers in the CBN network.2) The mouse phenotype database contains the raw data of behavioral tests derived from various genetically engineered mice. 3) The Neuroscientist-SNS is a social networking service based on a database system to promote the exchange of information and communication between neuroscientists and brain science investigators. |
