1) Report on 3rd INCF Congress of Neuroinformatics: Neuroinformatics2010

   At the 3rd INCF Congress of Neuroinformatics, August 30 to September 1,
   2010, there were 5 keynote speeches and 4 workshops. Successfully
   closed the whole sessions with 98 posters and 24 demos.

  31 images were submitted. "INCF Olympus Prize" and "INCF Frontiers Prize"
  were given to winners.

   SfN Neuroscience2010 will be held in San Diego, November 13-17, 2010.

   INCF is organizing a booth exhibit during the conference. Within the
   exhibit INCF will highlight selected neuroinformatics projects from
   the INCF Programs, the INCF Nodes as well as the neuroinformatics
